Positive: The apartment was well equipped with on hand support throughout the stay. I would call it a modern luxery apartment set in a artistic area with lots of play and fun for all ages plus family friendly. Through the heatwave, we didnt even notice until we went outside as the apartment had all the essentials for ventilation and cooling. Everything about the apartment was impressive and well thought through. Negative: N/A

Horrible Positive: Beautiful, tidy house Negative: The owner is extremely rude, he is very rude, he is a terrible owner, he was already leaving at 10 in the morning, he entered without my permission, took the key and waited looking at me, I have never felt so humiliated! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER RENTED! Note? Horrible grade 0!

Unacceptable & misleading Negative: Deeply Misleading & Disappointing Stay We booked The CoalSheds expecting a clean, welcoming property in Southville — instead we found something very different. The location is misrepresented: it’s not in Southville but beside a skateboard park, surrounded by graffiti and a constant smell of marijuana. The environment felt unsafe and very unlike the description. Inside, the property was dirty and poorly maintained: graffiti on the windows, stained sofa, dusty beams, filthy kettle, and rubbish left in recesses that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Towels and linens were stored uncovered in dusty areas, and we even found food kept alongside cleaning products. Safety standards also felt questionable, with unfinished fire doors. We had planned to spend time together here, but it was so uncomfortable we left immediately after checking in, returning only to sleep — even then, the noise outside lasted all night. What’s most concerning is how manipulated the reviews appear. The high rating does not reflect the reality we experienced. We feel completely misled and believe Booking.com should review this property and its listing.

Nice loft. Positive: Everything was fantastic Negative: The neighborhood at the beginning was a bit unsafe, but we don’t have any problems. The location is good, 15 minutes walking from the loft.
